Check out the ingredients in a Cherry Icee:

High fructose corn syrup, water, citric acid, quillaia and yucca extracts, artificial flavor, sodium benzoate, and FD&C red #40.

While this is ok to enjoy every once in awhile, looking for healthier alternatives or making homemade if able is

the best choice!
